All orders are accepted at our discretion and are subject to security checks to prevent fraud.
An order is not accepted until your method of payment had been processed and accepted. Orders will not be processed if we are unable to fulfil your requirements from stock. You will be advised if an item is out of stock. You may also cancel your order. Emails or on screen receipts are only acknowledging your request has been received. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at 17.5%. Prices do not include the cost of delivery or packaging. Payment must be made at the time of ordering and may be made by VISA/ VISA ELECTRON/ MASTERCARD/ DELTA/ MAESTRO/ SWITCH. We do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS. Goods will not be dispatched until payments have been verified and accepted and we have received the cleared funds.

Technical errors can occur resulting in the product be sold at the wrong price. If this occurs we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
We offer delivery at £5.00 irrespective of size or value. Goods will normally be received within 4-5 working days of receiving payment for order. Should this not be the case please email john.h@the2johnsgolf.com
