If you are not 100 % satisfied with the goods you have ordered we offer an exchange or your money back, provided they are returned within 30 days and are unused in their original packaging with all labels intact.

Return shipping costs will only be refunded where we have sent the wrong item or faulty goods. This will not apply to items which contain any personalisation i.e. custom fit irons, name on the shoes. This type of item can only be returned if there has been a delivery error or products are damaged or faulty. Any items returned must be sent back with a copy of the delivery note or a covering letter including name, address, order number and must explain why you are returning the item.

Items returned must be at your own cost and must be packed in their original packaging. Goods must be returned in the same condition they were sent to you.

Please retain any proof of delivery when returning. We recommend using a reputable courier or recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for goods until we have signed for them
